What men need to understand is, oh, sex isn't the only way that I can be emotional. I need to look at sex as proof that, oh, I can be emotional. I just have to, like, push myself to be able to find out how to express it in other situations. Because I can't just be like, oh, God, I need to express an emotion. I have to have sex. It doesn't work like that. So it's like, men need to understand, oh, okay, I am capable of this. Here's the proof of it. Now I can use that as, you know, a reason to go work on doing it in other ways. Whereas partners of men need to validate, yeah, this is a real thing for my partner. This isn't just like some extra superficial thing that they want. This is a core part of who they have been up until this point. This has been the only way that they really know how to do this.
