And listen up. We've got to talk about something very important. A while back, we posted a reel about bad initiation techniques, and we showed Xander coming up behind me and giving me the old boob honk. And some caveman decided to leave a comment. I unfortunately got too mad about it immediately, and I deleted it instead of screenshotting it so I could show it to you up here. But basically, he said something along the lines of, stop being such a bitch. Give the guy what he wants. And he married to him, so those are his boobs anyways, and he gets to honk them whenever he wants. Okay, let's unpack this. First of all, I'm a sex therapist. I believe in the importance of physical intimacy. I believe in the importance of touch. But being in a relationship with somebody does not entitle you to touch their body whenever you want, wherever you want. Yes, I am married, but I also have full autonomy over my own body. I. I get to decide where I want to be touched. I get to decide when I want to be touched. And I deserve a partner who is going to treat my body with love, compassion, and respect. So if you think that you're allowed to touch somebody else's body whenever you want, you need to get your ass to therapy immediately. And if you're in a relationship with somebody who refuses to respect your boundaries around your own body, I would seriously consider ending the relationship.
