Going to the NEC Camping Caravan and Motorhome Show? Here are 5 tips to make the most of your visit. Number 1, wear comfy shoes. This is not the time for high heels. You're going to be walking a lot. Number 2, bring a rucksack. You're going to be getting loads of leaflets and pamphlets and stickers from me, so bring a bag to put them all in that's comfy to carry. Number 3, visit the CCM Show website and make a plan for what you want to see in Number 4, stay on a really good campsite somewhere that's really easy to get to the NEC from. I love Chapel Lane, the Caravan and Motorhome Club site. It's got all the facilities you need, huge big spaces, and it's just 20 minutes down the motorway. So easy to get there in the morning and back each day. And lastly, don't forget to stay hydrated. You're gonna be doing a lot of walking, a lot of things to see, and it's really easy to get tired. A really good place to stay is the Inspiration Theatre where there are at least speakers talking about all sorts of fun things, including me.
