Breaking news! If you have ever used the Stay the Night scheme in Scotland where you can stay at some of the Forestry car parks overnight and you wished that England had the same thing, now they do. This summer 2026, they are trialling for a couple of months 7 different locations with Forestry England where self-contained campervans and motorhomes can pre-book to stay overnight. Now, there will only be a certain number of spaces, so you do need to book them. You do need to be self-contained, so there's no toilet facilities or electric hookup or anything like that there. But what a lovely change in attitude towards some of the things that we have seen against campervans and motorhomes recently. So I would really love to know your thoughts and opinions on this.
