If you're trying to downsize and move either permanently full-time into a motorhome or campervan or onto a boat, or just change out your life, then there are a couple of things that can help. The first and probably the biggest thing that most people struggle with is your clothing. Now, a couple of things you can do for this. First of all, go through and honestly get rid of everything that you can't wear anymore, because let's face it, if you were going to diet to fit into it, You'd have dieted to fit into it. So just release that burden from yourself. Donate it to charity, sell it on Vinted, whatever. Get rid of it all. Now, the next thing to do is you've got obviously your hangers in your wardrobe. If you put everything hanging the exact same way, so perhaps it hooks over this way, as you wear it, turn the hanger back round so it's the other way round, and that way it's really clear to see what you haven't worn in the last 6 months or a year. And then you can just get rid of all of those things. Trust me, when you've got a smaller wardrobe, it makes getting dressed and just life so much easier because you've got far fewer options and things are just much simpler. It's actually really nice and therapeutic. Even if you're not planning to downsize and go travelling, you might find that really helpful to do. More tips for you will be in the caption.
