Hey, I'm excited to share about Colony Landing Apartments. We have officially started construction in the Bryan, Texas area right next to Austin Colony. This project is a 150-unit multifamily. I'm very grateful for my partners, our investors, and Berkadia for helping us with the loan process through HUD. We were able to get this project funded and start construction. So this is going to be about 18 months This will be a 150-unit multifamily property, Class A market rent. That's going to be great for the Bryan, Texas area. Right next to this project, we'll be expanding with our office retail development and our hotels. So this is Phase 1 of Colony Landing. Excited again for our investors and our partners, and great to see some dirt being moved today.
