All right, Emma and I are in Houston. We're gonna be doing some back-to-school shopping today, and we had the opportunity to spend a couple hours in the truck, and I was talking to her about passive real estate investing. And so I just have a question for her. Why is it important to invest into commercial real estate?
For diversify and for money to grow. And so your money's just not— so your money's not sitting under a pillow.

You could invest in Like apartments and, um, like malls and stuff.
