This is what a footwear production looks like for a UGG-like sneaker. Over here, they're laying out the zippers and they're making sure everything is 100% functional. All adhesive is being set up so that they can be sewed on easily. This is where all of the zippers are being sewn onto the upper. So the finished result is an upper that looks like this, that zips up. And now this fur liner needs to be added to it. They take this fur liner and they sew it onto the upper like this. So they take this fur upper now and they start folding it in. So she's going to invert it inside the shoe. This machine is steaming all of the shoes so that the glue heats up and is used used and ready to adhere to the materials. And from there, they're going to glue the soles onto the shoes, and you're going to have a finished pair of sneakers. And of course, we're going to catch a little bit of quality control along the way.
