After six years with Chinese hat factory CN Greatest, they've co-developed five hat designs. The latest is a corduroy cap with chain-stitched Glass Factory font lettering, embroidered side panels, and brass snaps. CN Greatest is now listed on glassfactory.info for direct contact.
We spent 6 years working with this hat factory. During that time, we've developed 5 drastically different hat designs. We even visited them in China and learned why they are so good at what they do. Our most recent design was this crazy complex corduroy hat. Take a look at all of the details on this tech pack. We started off with this wide-grained corduroy base fabric. Then we took the Glass Factory font and did a heavy-duty chain stitch all across the front of the hat. We even had this idea of running the embroidery over the woven label on the side panel. As a finishing touch, we added brass snaps all around the hat. We wanted to create a challenging design with the goal of pushing the limits of the factory. And like every Glass Factory product we make, we added the name of the factory on the label. The best part is that it was so easy to communicate with them throughout the whole process. With this hat being such a success, we were confident they can make great caps for anyone. The name of the factory is CN Greatest, and we added them to the glassfactory.info website.
