What's it like being a mother and a factory owner at the same time, especially when you start a factory?
It's very difficult to tell you because first of all, I'm super proud of what I've reached, what I've done in these years. But it's been difficult years, the first years, why I did not have the structure I have nowadays. So I have to give a lot of my time to this company and not spending so much time with them at the beginning. When I had my third boy, I said, okay, I must meet and all my team, if If someone does not have a good balance between private life, family life, and work, they will not be able to reach their maximum potential during the hours they are working. So it's very important that people just live on hours, that we have the correct structure, that people have mental health. Sometimes I say to the team, okay, go on weekend and turn off your phone if someone needs it. So because it's very good, I want people to arrive here in the morning and with an empty head and mind. Why? Because I've learned from my experience. It's great having these 3 small young kids and having this company, but it's been a huge challenge on my life and I've learned so many lessons based on that.
