How do you find great labor and how do you get them to stick around?
I don't think you find great labor. It's really hard. I think what every kind of factory or every institution, I feel like even if it comes with accounts or engineering or medical, you need to spend time to train people. If you kind of are at a mindset that people are going to come and going to be skilled, that's not going to happen. I think if you're employing 500 people, have an institution that trains 50 people. You kind of need to employ people to build capability for them to be skilled and then going to be with you lifelong. So I think that's like a fundamental change that we've sort of done, that we have a small academy that trains about 5-6 people and then they become skilled labor for us to kind of work with them. If you kind of set the foundation right in terms of what the expectation with stitching quality is, if you kind of set the base right for them, it's just a lot easier for them to become skilled. But labor is 100% a challenge. Stitching is not seen as a very prestigious job for a lot of people.
