A visit to Dishang Group, the massive factory behind Uniqlo, Zara, and Adidas. With 20,000 workers and full vertical integration, it handles everything from design to finished clothes. The factory takes unusually small orders, making it accessible to smaller brands.

This is where Zara, Uniqlo, Adidas, ASICS, Diesel, and so many other brands source their products. I met this factory at Fashion World Tokyo and was very impressed by their product selection. They even made this jacket for Yeezy Gap. They're a fully vertical factory, meaning they take care of every step in the process, and they specialize in all types of clothing. Normally that would scare me, but in reality they have over 20,000 employees and their operation is absolutely massive, producing products like this and like this. And I spoke with them and they said they were willing to take on projects at very low minimum. Their name is Dishang Group and their website is dishang.com. And this business card right here contains information for Weitang Gao. She works directly on the factory team. And if you're looking for more factories like this, I have tons of them going up on my Patreon every single week. Link is in my bio.
