Mistake I hear from owners is that I can't hire someone to do the job as good as me. You're not supposed to. No one's going to be as motivated as you are at doing your job because you're an owner. So your goal is to hire someone who can do it 80% as good. If you can hire people who are 80% as good as you, and then you can build systems around those people, then you build a team that can 10x whatever you can do, all the while freeing you up and making your company way more profit.
