Some have said last time. Do you think that AI is going to replace virtual assistants?
No. Definitely no. AI falls short on a lot of things AI can't do, a lot of things that VAs can do. But moving forward, one of the biggest misconceptions right now is that AI is here to take your jobs. You should be scared. AI is here to replace people. But the truth is, especially when we're talking about virtual assistants, it's not about competition. It's more about collaboration. VAs, who are really thriving right now, are not scared of AI. They're the ones using it to really supercharge the productivity. Don't.
