Alex Hormozi’s Rule That Changed How I Lead Forever

One of my favorite leadership lessons I learned directly from Alex Hormozi. I was in the room where he said, if we can't control it, we don't talk about it. And that really stuck with me. He talked about how he grew a company during COVID with clients who literally could not see clients. So he made more money with people who couldn't even make money during that year. So when we talk about building a business, when you talk about building a family, we talk. We have to remember we can't control it. We don't talk about it. We don't give it the power to be the reason we're a failure. We want to stand on our own two feet and recognize that, hey, every problem has a solution. And as leaders, we can figure anything out. So never give up.
