Will Humphreys walks through hiring a virtual assistant to escape low-leverage work. Post the job on onlinejobs.ph, interview multiple candidates in a group, hire two for a two-week trial, then keep the better one and scale from there.

Are you feeling burnt out or do you just know that some of the work you're doing is low leverage work? These are signs that you might need a va, but don't just go get one. Take just a minute and outline exactly what they would do for you. Then go to onlinejobs PH and post the job. Host a group interview with multiple VAs, hire two of them and test them for two weeks. Choose the winner and grow your business.
