I never believed I could love a group of people and consider them like family to me and, like, have 98% of our discussions be about work. So it's not that we avoided the personal stuff. We actually leaned into that. Like when people in our town halls were suffering through trials or people needed help, we had that safety and trust where we could say, hey, I'm having a hard time and I can't tell you why, or I am having our time and I've lost something or someone that we really rallied for them in a very personal way. But that wasn't our focus, was still what was best for the company, always. And the reason being is because the company was us.
