This is a YouTube video titled "Every innovation sounds crazy… until it works." containing a conversation between two speakers discussing the initial skepticism and eventual acceptance of outsourcing to virtual assistants by an American team. The dialogue explores attitudes toward outsourcing and how perceptions changed over time.
And how was that when you were first adopting that? How did your American team respond to. Like, oh, because there's like a total stigma. Right. About being outsourced overseas and not understanding the English. Like, how did your team respond?
Yep. So there was definite. I wouldn't say pushback, but definite skepticism going into that. Like, how's this going to work? This is not going to work. I don't see how this is going to work. I said, let's just try it. Let's just be the pilot program. Let's just see how this goes. Let's just give it a whirl. It doesn't work out easy enough. We can cut it loose after a month and just let's go. So, but after that, now it's like, so now, funny thing, everybody that works, like, in your states, how they're like, hey, can I get a va? Do I. I need a VA too. So everybody. Everybody wants someone of their own, like, their own little. Their own VA to help them do stuff.
