This is a YouTube video titled "Hate the task? Just ask THIS" containing a monologue or single-speaker reflection recorded in August 2025. The speaker discusses a personal productivity strategy involving delegating tasks by asking team members or AI if they would prefer to handle certain tasks, highlighting a time-saving approach to work management.

In my role at the clinic, I would say my team and AI but asking that question to both, I think I really think, like asking both my team and AI when I have a task I don't want to do, of being like, hey, if I was to take the time to teach you how to do this and you had the freedom to do it the way that you felt was best as well as the time made for it, who would want to do this? And I think that is like the question I've learned to ask because of going through working genius of like, I just ask because if there's somebody else who's like, if you give me the time, I'd love to do that, and I hate it, then how I I don't need to do it. So, yeah, I'd say that's like my biggest time saver hack is just ask.
