Hire on Mindset, Train on Skillset

This was me giving it. And they didn't have the mentorship of what you can do. And I got lucky in that regard because I'm good at hiring. But it's one of those where when you have someone who's just really passionate with an Alexis and a vamped, that's where we see this transformation. Because, listen, you hire on mindset, you train on skillset. You have to have the leadership for skillset, which is what you guys have.

Yeah. And I have to say, so going back to the employee base, so our coaches are expert marketers that have been with me for over 15 years. So they've worked with Serendipit by my side, and they trained and mentored other people within Serendipit. And I knew that they were going to be perfect to be coaches because they had my same mindset where they light up when their client is succeeding. Like their win is their client making more money.
