Short speaker transcript from a YouTube video describing the onboarding of a new hire named Jazz. The speaker reports Jazz has been with the team about 1.5 weeks, is learning quickly, is handling front-desk/virtual check-in tasks (via a tool called “virtual Sally”), and benefits were seen after a multi-month ‘guru’ training program that improved front-desk communication with patients.

We have been with jazz for about a week and a half now. She is very well. Like, she has been catching on amazingly. This week, she's kind of been by herself. We set up our virtual Sally. She's been checking everybody in. Things are about as smooth as they can go. We do the video recordings, too and send it to her, do the trainings, and then majority of the time, she's on teams with our friend desk. Her name is Victoria, so she's on team. So if she's got any questions. They're always communicating, but, yeah, it's been doing great. And I also want to add, I actually. Our group did do the guru stuff, so we did the whole training with them. It was like three, four months, but it was really worth it. Our front desk started communicating with patients a lot better. So if you guys are interested in that, I definitely recommend it. I'm recording. I'm gonna tell D how much you love. Yeah, no, she's. She's great.
