So since I brought up parenting, let's now shift over to the Eagan home and the culture that you guys have built at home. So you were saying before we hit record that you guys have developed a family purpose.

So first of all, tell me why did you do that? And then let's talk about what the purpose is.
Well, at the three day MBA that Brian Wright hosted, you spoke there and you talked about culture.
Yes.
And that was all familiar to me and something I do care deeply about. But you said the purpose of this is so that you can then replicate it in your own home. And you kind of gave. Maybe not directly, but I took it as a challenge to implement that into my own home and wanted to come up with our own family, especially since we are a blended family. Right.
