So, guys, I've officially turned off Twitter. I have completely turned off the news altogether. I will occasionally pick up on high level stories as I start to hear them bubbling through my network. But I've learned that the vast majority of the things that are coming down my communication lines on social media that are newsworthy, newsworthy aren't meant to inform me, but to make me feel fear. Because it's about money, it's about clicks, it's about making sure that I engage with that platform and I just don't want any of it. I'm trying to live at a higher level and a higher positive plane. I don't need that.
