Okay, so my idea was that it's really important to talk about emotion regulation, nervous system regulation with owners, clinic owners, myself being one to death, right? And I had to regulate my own nervous system, right? Right. And so I was hoping to talk about how important it is to have tips and tricks for yourself so that when you're feeling dysregulated, overwhelmed through nervous system burnout, through, you know, decision burnout, like too many questions be coming your way, that you know, then one minute or less you can regulate yourself and get back into a place where you're in the analyzing area.
So it'd be really cool to talk about that journey and that process.
Yes. So a lot of the reasons why you'd have disease or dis-ease in the body is because you're in a state of fight or flight and you're in the sympathetic nervous system and you're not in your body, you're not in the present moment, you're not in rest and digest.
Okay.
So when you're not in rest and digest, you can't actually be present. You're just hypervigilant and everything feels like a threat. So whether that be a timeline, the timeline feels like just as big of a threat as a lion. Your nervous system can never downregulate. It is always way up here. Okay, and then when you make decisions out of fear, it can overregulate you effectively.
