Like the persistent pain of chronic illness, the persistent pain of chronic industry suppression, the chronic pain of fear and doubt of someone who joined this field from passion and now they're being told maybe they shouldn't stay in it. Like your content, if it's only on the way. I've had so much time with professionals now when it comes to my, my personal brand, I've learned a little. And there's three pillars. It's like we want three pillars that people can consistently just think of, like that's what they're about. But there's always this overarching message of clarity when we start to go external in our messaging. And so now you have the space, you have the message, and frankly, you have the clarity. It's a matter of like, progression being better than perfect on this and consistency ruling supreme to where it's like maybe it's literally. Hey, guys, this is Ori. And then physical therapists, who could make such an impact on this, if, if, if this matters to you at all, could you just let me know in the comments? Like just taking out and just giving that like a daily without overthinking it, just right out of the gut. Post a video every day and then with a va, they can edit it. Over time, they can start pushing it, but just getting in, developing that muscle. It is very hard emotionally to be online consistently.
