And I worked in hospital base and private practice and sports medicine and really saw a lot of things I liked and a lot of things I didn't like. And the biggest thing I didn't like was how professionals were treated, especially within a hospital system, and how patients were in the dark. Nobody educated them on anything, on their insurance, what the process is, even what the expected outcomes of their rehab and what that's going to look like.
