So I had this thing going on in my business that I was not aware of. I kind of felt it, but I wasn't aware of it. And it was, it was that I had an executive on my team lovingly just kind of point out the booger on my face, metaphorically speaking. And it was so powerful to me to have someone who wasn't an owner in this traditional sense take ownership of the team in me and the profitability. And how, how they did that was really simple, Tana. I was just like, like, I hugged the. This person, like, thank you. I had no idea I had the booger on my face. I can't tell. I mean, it's embarrassing to have it pointed out, but it's way worse to find out later at night when you go home.
