The Philippines Trip That Changed EVERYTHING for Me

For me, it was when I met you guys in person in the Philippines, that, that day, that night I went, I got on my knees and just thank God that I got a chance to meet you guys. I will tell you this, and I want the rock stars to hear this too, is that this is what happens when we hire great people, is they see the good in us. I've had employees, Joe and Andre, that thought I was the worst, and there was a time where that was probably true. But I will tell you that the biggest difference in terms of value for me, in terms of like, my purpose has been to just surround myself with people who see the good side of me and believe in that.
