In this brief monologue, Will Humphreys emphasizes the importance of having a clearly defined purpose and vision, coupled with strong support from leaders such as Steve Allred and the leadership team. He explains that this combination allows him to sleep peacefully, stay focused on the future, and maintain optimism even when facing difficult periods. He contrasts this empowered state with past experiences of uncertainty and discouragement, asserting that with the right support, no challenge is insurmountable.

When I have the purpose and the vision clearly defined for myself, and I have the right support with like a Steve Allred and the leadership team like I do, I sleep at night every night. But for me, it's like I'm able to focus now on the future where it's like, okay, let's go, and it's gonna suck, but it'll be worth it, versus this sucks, I don't know if it's ever gonna change. I never want to be in that place again. It's okay that we all feel that way at times, or a lot of times, but if we can see the path and get the right support, nothing is impossible.
