This is a powerful question you should ask yourself

Are you a business owner who wants the dream team? Here's the single most important question I learned in building my four companies. Every quarter, I would sit down and ask myself, would I emphatically rehire each person for the job that they're doing? Emphatically. There was no maybes. It was a strong yes or it's a hard no. What's powerful about that question is that it frees us up to really look at the hard truth that that sometimes the people that got us here aren't the same people who are going to get us there. As we look at our situation, maybe there's people who need to be at a different seat on the bus, but either way, we're really clear that it's time to coach people up or out of our organization.
