Will Humphreys breaks down Pareto's Law: 20% of inputs create 80% of outcomes. In business, a small slice of clients and team members cause most headaches or drive most revenue. Recruit intentionally for the right people, create scarcity to attract better candidates, and never hire out of desperation.

Rieta's law is that, and they've proven this scientifically over the years, that in any business, 20% of our clients are responsible for 80% of our headaches. 20%. And that number, they even argue is bigger than 20%. Maybe more like 90% of our headaches are really, dude, from 10%. And the same is true for our team members. And you've noticed that, right? Have you ever had like one person on your team who's not a fit, but they cause like 80% of your team related headaches? The reverse is also true, that 10 to 20% of our team members are responsible for 80% of our growth, 10 to 20% of our connections and referrals and patients are responsible for 80% of our revenue, or whatever you're measuring. So it's fun that you're seeing that, because when we can get really clear that we only want to work with a certain type of person, we create that scarcity that becomes more attractive to people. Because that's the one great thing about you guys all being on this together, is that you should realize everyone who's not on this call, who's never been through Rockstar, they're all hiring for the most part, out of scarcity and desperation. And there's a big difference between being in desperation versus acting like we're in desperation. And so even though we might be like, I need someone now, when we go recruit, we remember it's always the best. Like, let's just pick the best avatars that we can for our company and so on. So I'm really honored that you guys have had such a huge win in success. Congratulations.
