Do you feel that sometimes we get in our own way when it comes to building our business around wanting to be the expert?
As I have stepped away over the last couple of years from the treatment process, yes, I have seen that I get in the way a lot with that. And it kind of comes down to trust. You have to be able to trust your team and trust yourself that you've done a good job with the leadership. The owner or leader a lot of times is the bottleneck.
Absolutely. The bottleneck is always at the top of the bottle. And when it comes to trust, I would say as well, And to add to that would be ego. I didn't know I had an ego until I realized how much it hurt when my team was doing better without me and didn't need me. But man, isn't that the great place where we can create freedom and we can take time to create the life that we were always intending to create by starting a business?
