Let's talk to everyone now in the audience. You've got a bunch of future leaders and entrepreneurs in the group listening to this, the rockstar audience. What would some advice you would give them as they're developing their leadership and entrepreneurship journey?
Yeah. So number one, and I wish I had done this years ago, is to hire a coach. The idea of having a coach who can guide you and teach you is really and truly a game changer for business growth and honestly for personal growth too. And I've seen that as I learned from my coach, then I become a a better person, which then I become a better leader. And secondly would be definitely to record KPIs. The KPIs keep you accountable. In our practice, we do have our team keep stats and KPIs, and it is just a key for growth and to keep the business organized.
