We Don’t Hire to Grow, We Hire to Get Free

Hey guys, Will Humphries here from Virtual Rockstar. I love this quote from Dan Martel. We don't hire people to grow our companies. We hire people to get free. I think there's a like a plague in our world, in the business world around people being burned out all the time. Culturally, we're the worst comes freedom comes from delegating to other people and trusting that they can do the job and then supporting them in their mission to help us fulfill our company purpose. So if you're burned out, just delegate. And if you don't know how to delegate, make sure you stay in tune. I'm going to teach you how to do it here.
