Here's what we can learn about leadership from the New York Knicks this most recent series that the New York Knicks had they beat the Celtics with great offense but even better defense. Mikal Bridges was brought onto the team as an offensive player, but where he shined was filling in the gaps of what was needed on the team. He was able to provide defense in a way that many are saying had a big part to do with why they won the series. So it's interesting in our companies that we hire people all thinking we want them to be our star player. But oftentimes what we're really needing to hire for are the people that help support the shooters, the people who aren't necessarily the best at scoring points. Oftentimes we're the best ones scoring points on our team. So we try to hire people just like us and wonder why we can never get free. Well, we need to find people to rebound the ball. We need people to be able to defend the ball. Whatever our business is going through, we need to find what those needs are and hire for them. And if we do, maybe we'll win our own championship.
