Why do I hire from the Philippines for my healthcare companies in the United States? Well, the Philippines, first of all, I'm open to hiring anywhere. It doesn't have to be the Philippines, but right now it's pretty exclusive to the Philippines because that's a group of people who've been working with healthcare companies in the United States for decades. They have perfect English, and even though they cost a little bit more, I love helping that relatively poor country get over the hump of poverty while helping my American partners with little to no issues. Because no one wants to go to a healthcare company and feel like they're being referred to overseas. That's like the kiss of death of culture. So when our Filipinos step in with their amazing cultural alignment and their amazing English, their patients feel like they're home. And, man, is that helping clients. We're saving $20,000 per hire per year. So my clients that are hiring 20 to 30 virtual assistants, they're saving hundreds of thousands of dollars of profit per year providing better customer service and bringing a family out of poverty.
