Being able to delegate and trust in your team in order to give you the space to work on the business. You can't be the number one clinician, you can't be the marketing guy. You can't be everything in the business, especially when it gets to a certain critical mass where it's just too much. So learning ways where we can pull it back, work on the owner himself or herself, working on them as a leader, freeing up the space to do what's most important. The vision, the leadership, the.
