Will has shaped me as a person, as a husband, as a friend, as a boss, as an employee, in every way for the better.
Some of the other things that I've learned from Will, I've definitely carried over to my everyday life in dealing with my son and just things that have made me stronger and more powerful as a woman.
Someone who truly changed my life.
The way I live my life, the way I work as an employee and a team, is 100% because of the skills I was taught by Will.
Personally, professionally. Wherever you wanted to be in your life, that's where Will wanted to get you, whether it was with him or without him. He just wanted you to get where you wanted to be. And Will has this way about creating a positive atmosphere or positive culture wherever he goes. And that's one of his biggest strengths, I think.
I just remember every time that he would come to the clinic and.
He just brought this unspeakable joy with him and that you were so happy to be in his presence and he was so welcoming to you.
Will's greatest strength is his ability to be able to listen and connect with people. And he's so great at that. He's able to challenge you. He's able to question you, to get you to think about how you can be better and about how you can make changes in your professional life so that you can continue to progress.
For me, he has challenged me to be the best version of myself, and.
I will forever be thankful for that. And 100% he was there. Just someone who really, truly wants to help grow others, and I'm forever grateful. I truly consider the leadership and the skills that I was taught as a true gift.
Just push me out of the nest and said, fly. And he knew I could do it and I did it. And it actually was comfortable to do, even though it was hard. And he saw in me that I could do hard things.
His leadership inspired me to go from that entry level position to an executive management position within our company.
Will pushed me in the most loving way to be better. He saw the best in me and made me want to be that person. But going to work was like going to my second family. He created something that.
Everyone was able to understand because they felt it. But it's hard to put in words exactly what it is that he developed. But it comes down to culture.
I hope that all of you, as you watch him and learn from him, will be able to see these things and will be able to also strengthen your skills as a leader and strengthen your skills as a physical therapist, or if you're not a physical therapist, just strengthen your skills as a person.
Because it helps me navigate through my life, not just professionally, but personally, too. When I'm making decisions, the way I talk to others, the way I carry myself, the things that I say to strangers, to family.
That's all through the leadership skills that I learned from working with Will. And I consider it a true honor and very grateful to have someone like him in my life.
