A speaker (creator Will Humphreys) reflects on how a founder's personal values shaped the culture of WAPT and are being carried into Rising Tide. The speaker emphasizes returning to one's own 'why' and actively supporting others' motivations by creating opportunities for them to embrace those values, aiming to expand those values across the profession.

How, you know, part of the culture of WAPT was out of me as a founder and my own values. Those values are now being represented in Rising Tide, but also now extending that to finding more people who share those common values and have an opportunity to bring that to the profession in the future.
