Savory Cheese Appetizers

Hi, today I want to share an easy appetizer recipe that's perfect for parties because it only takes a few minutes to put together and your guests are going to love it. First, we're going to start with some baked English muffins. You'll find these in the refrigerated section of your grocery store. We're going to pop them in the toaster so we can get them just a little crisp on top and it gives them a nice golden crust. Then we're going to cut them into quarters so that it's easy for our guests to handle. We're going to start with a quartered English muffin, and then we're going to spread some garlic herb goat cheese on top. And then we're going to top that with just a little dollop of olive tapenade. That's it. First one's done. For the second appetizer, we're going to start again with the English muffin. We're going to top that with a slice of brie cheese. And on top of the brie, we're going to put a small spoonful of roasted garlic onion jam. Sounds weird, but it's delicious. There you go, the second one's done. So in just a matter of minutes, you can put together an entire plate of appetizers that your guests are going to love. I hope you enjoyed the recipe. Thanks so much for watching.
