My dog is 7 years old and reactive - is he too old to train?

A 7-year-old reactive dog can absolutely be trained. The speaker works with dogs up to 12 or 13 years old regularly, proving age alone doesn't stop learning. The old saying about old dogs is just wrong.

Questions this video answers

No, it is not too old to train. We have dogs of all ages, up to 12‑13 years old, in our programs.
