This is Pippa. I was fortunate enough to meet her a little bit before the boot camp and had a walk around the car park with her. First impressions of her, she's super nervy with people. Spoke to Rachel and inquired kind of like how she was with dogs. She's a lot better with dogs. So this week, obviously, we're going to be concentrating on building confidence up around people, probably a bit of general resilience as well. So her ability to cope with general stress is better because that will help with the situation around people as well. We say this a lot where— or we see this a lot where people think the dogs have been really mistreated and quite often the dog actually hasn't been mistreated. It comes from other places. With Pippa, we know there has been some maltreatment in the past, particularly by people. So obviously her experience of people isn't great. We need to swing her mindset of that and show her that actually most people, 99% of people, are actually good.
