Your face reflects your body's health. Poor circulation and lack of movement cause wrinkles, but they're not permanent. Exercise, better blood flow, and community engagement can rejuvenate skin and make aging feel powerful instead of old.

We don't have to feel old. We can age as, as— I wanted to use the word gracefully, but I don't like this word. So we can age as normal as, you know, kids grow up and become adults. As powerfully as we can. Yes. So the group or communities are very important. But notice that everybody is so fixated on the face. How the face looks like, not the body. But the truth is, the face is a reflection of what's happening in your body. If you are not working out, if you are not moving your body, the blood is not circulating, you're not getting that nutrient-dense flush into your skin, and consequently, you will get wrinkles. But the good news is, it's not permanent. Because as soon as you are becoming good to yourself, your skin is gonna show you. You're gonna be rewarded. So is your body, so is your energy.
