The video captures a brief segment of a live performance by Aaron Jaxon’s band on New Year’s Eve. The segment opens with informal encouragement from the audience and band members to repeat a piece (“Let’s do it one more time”). The speakers engage in playful banter, including a call‑out to a participant named Chase and a thank‑you to the crowd for celebrating the holiday. The lead vocalist delivers an improvised rendition of the Rolling Stones lyric “You can’t always get what you want,” weaving personal anecdotes about a drugstore, a soda, and a character named Mr. Jerry, while emphasizing the alternate message that sometimes you get what you need. The excerpt concludes with a shout‑out to the keyboardist, Brad the Buscão, highlighting his role in the performance.

Come on, Aaron! Yo!

All right, y'all bear with me. Did anybody do that text thing that I did a minute ago? Anybody? Is there anybody in this room right now that did that? Shut up, Chase. Shut up. I know it's you. Oh, you did? Really? Okay. Uh, nobody else? Whatever, I'll get yours in a minute. That's fine. Or, well, yeah, we'll try it again, guys. Again, thank y'all for coming out. Thank you for spending your New Year's Eve with you. Thank you so much. We're gonna do one more here. We'll see you next time.

But if you just sometimes, oh, you just my mind. I went down to the Chelsea drugstore to get your prescription filled. I was standing in line when there's no jelly. —be no big deal. We decided we'd go out for a soda. Get my favorite flavor, cherry red. Started singing my songs to Mr. Jerry. And the only thing that he said was, "Hey, what'd he say?" "You can't always get what you want." You can't always get what you want. You can't always get what you want. But it's high sometimes. Oh, you just might find you get what you need. Oh, you get what you need. One more time, y'all give it up for Brad the Buscão, the keyboardist, y'all!
