This is The Russell Brunson Show. Hey, what's up everybody?
This is Russell. Welcome back to the show. I hope you guys are doing fantastic today. If you follow me online anywhere, social, email, all the other places, you know that this week and last week all I've been talking about is this brand new platform that we are launching called OfferLab. I'm curious, have you seen it? Have you seen the noise I've been creating? Hopefully you have. I'm really excited about this platform because it is a new way for people to make money. In fact, we have a live event coming up this week. I'm gonna be showing 17 different ways to make money on this platform. And the platform's really cool, as you will see, but it's something that affiliates can use to make money in a brand new way. It's like the evolution of affiliate marketing. For offer owners, if you have a product, to get other people to promote and sell your products inside of their funnels, inside of my funnels, it's one of the coolest things in the world. Anyway, if you haven't been paying attention online, we've been doing some really cool pre-launch videos, Visually, ideally, if you go online and actually watch them, 'cause they are beautiful. But I'm gonna let you listen in behind the scenes because the message is still the same and very important. 'Cause it's the future of selling. You know, I've been talking about marketing on the internet for 25 years. The last year I spent a lot of time talking about selling online 'cause of our big Selling Online event we've been doing. But I believe the future where things are going is all about collaboration. It's the next big shift for entrepreneurs. Instead of just selling things in your own silos, it's selling them with people. Cutting out Zuckerberg and cutting in friends and partners and a bunch of other cool things. And so, what I wanted to do is I wanted to actually let you guys plug in and listen to the very first of our pre-launch videos. So it doesn't matter if you're at the gym or working out or whatever you're doing, I want you to listen closely because this will help you understand the vision behind what we're doing. Why I'm creating OfferLab, what's the purpose of it, why are we doing this whole thing, and why should you actually care. So I hope you enjoy this, and we're gonna jump right into OfferLab pre-launch video number 1. We've seen so many breakthroughs in how we sell online, but every online sale today is built on moments like these. 1991, the internet goes public. Pizza Hut sells the first large pepperoni.
Amazon sells its first book.
2000s, websites explode. Cyber Monday is born.
Visit our website at www.
All you do is point and click. Here are my garage Facebook ads.
Flip the script. 2014, ClickFunnels arrives. Funnels go mainstream.
This will be a comprehensive review.
Influencer economy explodes. Attention becomes new currency.
I'll have everything linked down below.
Then TikTok Shop, Snapchat ads, AI, competition got faster, sales got harder, everything started to feel cluttered.
And now where are we? So what's next for selling online? You think about it, AI is rewriting all of the rules. People's sales are up, they're down, they're sideways, and nobody really knows how long this is going to last for or why. Like, I don't know, right now everything just kind of sucks. Entrepreneurship is the loneliest job in the world. Right now, everybody's competing against each other as opposed to working together like we used to.
I've been walking on my own. Burnout.
Don't know where to go.
I'm feeling lonely.
Lonely. Something gotta change.
Entrepreneurship in the last decade has become a solo sport, which is unfortunate because it wasn't supposed to be that way.
I've been looking for you.
I think it's because all of these all-in-one platforms tell you that you can literally do it all by yourself. But the reality is, should you?
Maybe that's the problem. What's up guys? Hey, OfferLab team meeting, let's go.
I'll tell you what we're betting on.
We believe that the future of selling is collaborative.
It isn't about just making sales, it's about making connections.
Yes.
The next big shift isn't what we sell, it's who we sell with. So here's what we're trying to do. It's really simple. We believe the future of selling is collaborative.
And boom, that fast, that's the very first product in the funnel.
OfferLab is a marketplace where you find offers from all across our community. It helps all those beginners that possibly don't have something to sell, they can immediately go grab a product and go out in the marketplace and just start rolling. I can just grab anybody's offer from anywhere, any platform, pull it into my funnel, and just make the ultimate offer. It's like the coolest tool ever.
It's a platform where you can sell anything with anyone at any time. Oh, it really maximizes your ROI ability as an affiliate, but it lets you be hands-off as a creator and just let your product go change the world. Now let's say I want to change this funnel and sell my own products in it. I can as well. I can upload my own offer and check this out. I could be like, you know, instead of Robert Kiyosaki, I want to throw in my product on the front end and boom, the funnel works the exact same way, all in under 30 seconds. That's OfferLab. Yeah, let's go.
All right.
That's what we're building. But it only works if you also agree that selling online doesn't have to be a solo sport, but instead that it's better, it's easier, and it's way more fun when we actually work together.
I'm Russell Brunson, and our mission over the last decade has been simple: help entrepreneurs build and sell their products online. And with ClickFunnels, we did that. Over 2,700 entrepreneurs joined the Two Comma Club. 417 earned a Two Comma Club X Award. 146 earned received a 2 Comma Club C award.
And in the process, we created something the industry had never seen before.
More than just a software, a true community. Over the years, we noticed something. As the industry exploded, a lot of entrepreneurs began to struggle. They started drifting apart. Not because they were bad at selling or because their funnels didn't work, but because they were forced to do it alone. The industry became fractured. It was flooded with copycats and trends and closed systems and platforms that refused to work together. It made the dream and the goal of what we were chasing empty and hollow. There was a time when I wake up every morning so excited to come to work, to create, to collaborate, to build things together with people I love. And now I was isolated. Me with my own offers, my own ideas, not working with others because we all felt like we were competing for the same customers. Everything started falling apart.
How would you like to start your own software company for very—
go HighLevel and white label.
You can add your own logo, you can create a white label software. A lot of people are doing that.
Ad costs went up, funnels stopped converting, so much noise in the marketplace, so many offers. Because of that, we couldn't serve the customers in the way that they deserve. Instead, we just confused them more.
I've done tons of collaborations over the years. In fact, it's how I grew my business before I could afford paid ads. It's how I I scaled my businesses after I started using paid ads with friends and partners working together, and it was magical.
Holy cow. Yeah.
Over time it's gotten harder and harder. The softwares and the tools we were using that we thought were going to bring us together as a community actually separated us and took us apart. So where do you think the state of affiliate marketing is right now?
It's been such a nightmare because you're relying on them to pay you out and not like a platform that just automatically sends you the money at specific intervals. You promote the product, you push it really hard, you even make the leaderboard, right? You get the prize. Prize money doesn't get paid, or the commissions don't get paid.
Do you think we've gotten more collaborative as an industry or less?
Oh yeah, people are in their own little world. I think a fear for people is like, hey, I'm going to go above and beyond promoting their side.
Are they going to do that for me?
I do think that businesses are suffering because of lack of collaboration. I see it as a lost art. Maybe it's because technology's changed, maybe, you know, made it easier to kind of do their own thing.
What's your favorite part about affiliate marketing?
That you don't have to create anything. That's my all-time favorite part. Like, I can go promote ClickFunnels and you got to do the work. I just love the fact that someone else did all the legwork already and we just get to take what they already proved and go and monetize it. I think the greatest thing about it is like, hey, here's a link, cool, promote it, make money, don't do anything.
That's kind of the fun part about it.
Talk about easy money. If I only knew how easy we had it back then. I still think about that. I look back on that time and I'm like, oh man, I missed that. Like, that was the stuff like that makes affiliate marketing freaking fun. I think a lot of times people, we get in our own way.
This is the problem we're trying to solve with OfferLab. So what exactly is OfferLab? Actually, let me show you real quick. It's a platform where sellers and promoters join forces to sell things together. For context, a seller has something to sell and a promoter sells it. Also known as— are you guys keeping up? Now, a sales funnel traditionally looks like this. But imagine instead of creating your own product and your own order form bumps and your own upsells, Instead, you create a collaborative funnel. It looks similar, but it's different. The funnels are now made out of people. Well, other people's products. So instead of your own products, you now have access to other people's products and you can sell them any way that you want. So his offer right here, your upsell right there, her continuity program over there. If you want, you put my order form bump right back over there, which means you don't have to create everything yourself. I repeat, you do not have to create everything yourself. All right, so the first thing I want you to understand, okay, right now you're probably already selling your product on a different platform. That's okay, that's not ever going to change. But what we want to do is want to create a version that now can be collaborative, where other people can sell your product, you can sell theirs, and you can have a lot more fun. And so the very first step is you have to import those products over here inside of OfferLab. All right, so I wrote a book. Obviously I already sell on my own website, I sell it through ClickFunnels, I also have it on Amazon, but I want other people to be able to sell this as well. So I'm gonna import this entire page that sells this book into OfferLab, then anybody can add it as an upsell, a downsell, or a form bump and start selling my book with me. Okay, now the process is very simple. Step number 1, click on New Offer. There's gonna be a little wizard you go through. It takes 30 seconds. It's gonna ask you a bunch of questions. I'll skip through that 'cause that's not important. After I've gone through the wizard and put in the basic information, I'm gonna click right here on Sales Page, and this is where it gets really, really exciting. It's gonna ask you where are you currently selling this product? What's the page URL? So if you're on Shopify, you're gonna grab that link and paste it here. If you're on ClickFunnels, you can grab the link and paste it here. Wherever you're selling it currently, you can grab that link and paste right here. Then you click next. Now it's going to give you two options. One, you can have AI go and actually scan the entire page, can build you a new page to sell inside OfferLab. Or my favorite one right here, it says use my existing page. So I've already spent tons of time and effort making this page convert, right? So I'm going to click on that, click continue, and it gives me a little teeny tiny piece of code. I'm now going to copy that into my ClickFunnels page, into my Shopify page, into my GHL page, wherever you're selling. You just copy this code right here, and you're gonna paste it on the page like this. And as soon as that code's been copied, you sit back and wait for about 30 seconds. OfferLab will detect the code, and boom, there it is. Now I can go here, I click on the editor, and this is where the magic happens. Instead of me having to redo the page or edit anything, OfferLab imports this entire page into the platform. And right here you say, I wanna connect my own pricing options. You click on the button here, and then all I do, this takes 20 seconds, I click on Every single order button, I tie a price to it. I scroll down, I click on this one, I hook my price to it. I do that every single button. When it's done, I click save. It's finished. Now my entire offer that is being sold on ClickFunnels is now also able to be sold inside of OfferLab. Now anybody can come and actually take this product and add it as an order form bump, as an upsell. They can sell this as a front end and put their coaching program on the back end. They can do anything that fast. And that's how you import your product into OfferLab. Dad, where are you going? Hey, let's just say you're in the pickleball industry or the pickle industry, kind of like Sarah who sells custom pickleball paddles or Mark who's got an online pickleball course. Let's say that they wanted to do a collab. How would they even do it? One, they could create their own custom affiliate program, which has high startup fees and is a technical nightmare, and both offers are still sold separately.
Separately.
Option number 2, they could try a JV launch, which may take months of planning, postpone launch dates, and honestly, most situations, one person quietly doing 95% of the actual work. What are you doing, Dad? Uh, just give me 2 more minutes.
Who are you talking to?
Custom, um, custom— Mom, he's doing that thing again.
Just ignore it, honey.
Number 3, they could try a co-branded offer, which then kicks off a 3-day debate about whose site is to go on, whose Stripe account they're going to use, and who's technically in charge. Or number 4, a simple handshake deal. But let's not even go there.
I got it.
Or number 5, they can both upload their offers into OfferLab. Sarah uploads her custom pickleball paddles, Mark uploads his online pickleball course, they pick a revenue split, and just like that, they can create a funnel collab. A simple sequence of pages going from one offer to the other. And all I have to do now is explain why they recommend this other person's offer. So when someone clicks an ad and then buys Sarah's paddle, immediately they'll see Mark's course as an upsell backed by her personal endorsement. And guess what? It doesn't have to stop there. They can bundle and upsell as many different products as they like, adding one of their friends' pickleball retreat or their pickle merch or pickles. Why are you talking about pickles?
I'm not.
The actual sales flow is endlessly customizable, and best of all, it has automatic payouts for everyone involved. This is an entirely new type of funnel, but if you don't have a product to sell, that's why we created the marketplace. All right, I'm back in, guys. Imagine really quick for a second, we're here inside of the marketplace, right? This is a visual representation. These are all different products that I could actually sell. I just got to grab them and then build out a funnel with the people who own these offers. It's pretty cool. Let me show you how it actually works here inside of OfferLab. As you scroll down, you can see all the different offers that are currently inside of the marketplace, and I can go through here and I can see all the different sellers. And inside that, I can see the stats, I can see their star ratings, I can see if they're actually fulfilling on the promises. Is this offer actually converting? Is it not converting? That way you know exactly what the funnel's building and what you can expect when you start driving traffic to it. And let's say, for example, I want to promote Spartan Bee Bread, one of my favorite products of all time, right? So I'm gonna go in the marketplace and I'm actually going to send them a quick message. As soon as I do that, then they get a notification on their side that I wanna collab with them. And they say, yes, I wanna collab. They click a button to approve it, and all of a sudden this product jumps into my vault. When it's in my vault now, I can add this to anywhere inside my funnel. This could be the front end, this could be an upsell, it could be a downsell, right? And so what I wanna do is I wanna go and find all the offers that I wanna promote, contact those people, and as soon as they approve me, then they're inside the vault, okay? And that's how this works. Okay, so let me show you how simple it is to build an entire funnel inside OfferLab in less than 30 seconds. First step, I can click here on new funnel, and then you'll see on the right-hand side are all of my own offers I put in here, and all the offers that are inside of my vault, other people's products that I've decided to partner with. So when I create the funnel, I say, okay, what's the first product I wanna sell? Let's say first product I wanna sell is Steve Larsen's Capitalist Pig t-shirt. So I click a button, and that fast, page number 1 of the funnel is finished. Steve already created the sales page. I don't have to do anything, just click on a button and it's done. And if I wanna add an order form bump, I click right here. It shows me which ones are eligible for an order form bump, so I'm gonna add his MLM Hacks, and boom, that fast I got the sales page, and the order form bump, done. Now I'm gonna move on to offer number 2. What's the first upsell? Let's say, okay, I'm gonna add in Pedro Deo's Challenge Secrets, okay? Someone who buys the Capitalist Big T-Shirt may want to join Challenge Secrets, which is an amazing course. So I click a button, and that fast Pedro's entire challenge is now upsell number 1. And again, because he already wrote the copy, I don't have to do anything unless I want to. I can if I want to, I can explain to my visitors and people who go through my funnel why they should buy this. So I click this button here, and now if I wanna add a video explaining why my audience should buy this offer, I'll just grab my phone, click record. Hey, what's up? This is Russell. Thank you so much for buying the Capitalist Pig t-shirt. I think you are going to love it. I cannot wait to ship it out to you. But I do know that if you just bought the Capitalist Pig t-shirt, you're looking for more ways to make money. Am I right? If so, I've got a really special offer for you. Down below is Pedro Adeo's Challenge Secrets. It's one of my favorite offers of all time. I got a special discount for you. All you do is click the link down below and we'll add this to your order right now. Pedro is someone you can trust. He's a great guy and this course is amazing. Click the link down below and I'll see you inside the members area. Thanks so much. Boom, in about 15 seconds my video is done. I can copy and paste that in there, and now that video is me pitching why they should buy Pedro's upsell. I can do that for every single step inside of the funnel, which is pretty cool. After that, I say, okay, what's upsell number 2 going to be? Well, for this one, maybe I want to add my selling online event for upsell number 2. So I can go and I can add my own offer or someone else's if I want. I click on that button, and literally that fast my funnel is done. I see there's offer number 1, Order form bump, upsell 1, upsell 2, and then the order summary page. I come back here, I click on publish, and just like that, my funnel is live. In less than 30 seconds, the entire thing is done. I can go take this, I can post on social media, I can go put it in link in my bio, whatever I want. That fast, the funnel is live. And the coolest thing about this is when somebody sees my link, they click on it, they're going through my own custom funnel. They're gonna see my upsells, my downsells. When somebody buys Steve Larsen's t-shirt The money is instantly split. He'll get his half, I'll get my half. When they buy Pedro De Los Acordes, he'll get his half, I get my half. Everyone gets paid in real time. There's no one trying to fight over payments. There's no links breaking. There's no my cookie got deleted because this is my own custom funnel.
Okay?
That's how powerful it is inside of OfferLab. It gives you the ability to create funnels very, very quickly that are yours and you get paid instantly. All right, hopefully now you understand why OfferLab matters. The problem we're trying to solve and why it's so important today. You're probably also wondering, how can I use this for my business to make more money? Am I right? If so, you are in the right spot. The next video I'm gonna show you is exactly how to get your offer inside of OfferLab so other people can start selling it for you, which will be really cool. But first, today's homework is very simple and very easy. The first thing I need you to do is just go and create an OfferLab account. It's completely free. You just go sign up, create your account, and I want you to log in and just play around. Go click on some things, see what's happening, see if you can figure out how it works. Don't stress if you can't, because on the next video I'll show you exactly how to do it. But just go and play in there and check it out. And I also want you to go look at the marketplace. Go look at all the other offers that are already in there. See what people are selling and start visualizing what you could do. How can you add that as an upsell? Maybe you could sell that product and put your own product as an upsell or whatever you want to do. I want you just to visualize what's possible. Go look at those offers. If you want, go apply to promote some of them and just get the process started. And that's it. Very simple and very easy. Create your account, go look around, and go to the marketplace and check out the offers. That's all you guys gotta do. Thanks so much, I hope you enjoyed this video, I hope you learned a lot, I hope you see where we're going and excited to go there with you.
Alright, I hope you enjoyed listening in on that first video. I hope you kinda understand now why OfferLab matters and hopefully understand the problem we're trying to solve and why I believe it's so important today. You may be also wondering, hopefully, like, can I use this for my business? Maybe you don't have any offers yet and you're an affiliate or you wanna be an affiliate, this is one of the greatest ways to do that. Maybe you have an offer, you're trying to figure out more ways for people to sell it, or maybe you're on both sides, you're an offer owner and an affiliate and you wanna figure out how to make more money. If so, I wanna do two things. Number one, I wanna challenge you to go watch the actual video so you can see some of the demos and screenshots, but number two is also register for an event I have coming up later this week where I'm gonna be going deep and actually showing, I think I show 17 different ways you can make money on this platform that are unique, that are crazy, I don't think there's that many ways to make money on Facebook, for crying out loud, so it's gonna be kinda cool. All you have to do is go to offerlablaunch.com offerlablaunch.com to get all the details. Again, it's offerlablaunch.com to get the details. And when you do that and you sign up, you'll actually get a free account to OfferLab. Doesn't cost you any money. That's the coolest thing. It's really fun. So I hope you enjoyed this episode. Next episode, I'm gonna show you guys kind of a vulnerable message about, about the market, the industry, about OfferLab. So make sure you tune in later on this week for the next episode. I appreciate y'all. Hope you enjoyed it. Go to offerlablaunch.com and let's get your offers on the platform. Let's go. Thanks, everybody.
