A speaker argues that massive challenges create massive opportunities and calls for change-makers to reinvent broken systems. He references a meeting with Elon Musk to show what's possible when you think without limits, claiming many people have that same potential if they find the courage to act.

I don't have all the answers. There are people on this planet way, way smarter than me. What I do want to do, though, is begin a conversation. I want to find some kindred spirits. I want to find some difference makers that want to completely reinvent our planet, completely reinvent these broken paradigms that we have. It's a huge, audacious goal. And as morbid as the picture might sound, where there are big challenges, that's where big opportunities exist. And it's an amazing time to be alive right now. It's an amazing time to be who you are, where you're at in this lifetime, and you truly have the power to really do anything that you set your mind to. And as a matter of fact, one of those principles about infinite possibilities and seeing no boundaries, it reminds me of the times when I had the opportunity to be in a meeting with Elon Musk and there were virtually no boundaries in his thinking. No, none whatsoever. Who would have thought that you could have built a company that would go and completely reinvent the automotive industry and build a company that could completely reinvent the energy paradigm? That's all possible. And that's just the start. That's just the tip of the iceberg. I guarantee you there's hundreds of millions of Elon Musk out there, probably several sitting in this room right here today. Just need the courage and the conviction to take that step forward.
