They are forecasting that next year, 2026, that home sales are going to jump up by 14% after three years of the market being dead. 14% increase in home sales. That means life is going to be good. That is absolute baloney. 14% increase in home sales is not going to change anybody's business. That is good for the real estate market. Yeah, it's good. But if your market increases the number of transactions by 14% next year over what you did this year, does that make your business better? And the answer is probably not. If you were doing 24 deals this year, two deals a month, and you increase by 14%, that means you're going to get an extra two deals, three deals, maybe four deals. How does that transform your life? Here's the deal, guys. It's never about what happens in the economy. It's about what you do in any economy. And this is true for real estate agents. This is true for anybody that owns a business. And that is, it's what you do in any economy that's going to determine whether you make money or don't make money. That's great. Real estate's going to jump up and all this kind of stuff. But just don't look at that. Well, if interest rates go down, my business is going to go up. Interest rates coming down makes it easier for people to buy. There's going to be more deals to be had. Yes, but what's going to make your business go up is the strategies and the systems that you implement. It's what you do that's going to determine whether you make more money next year or not.
