Listings create leverage. This is the game. You got to program yourself and your business to get sellers. Because see, a listing doesn't just produce for you one transaction. A listing gives you all kinds of leverage. It gives you the opportunity to generate buyer leads, for signed calls, for marketing opportunities, neighborhood presence. It gets all the other agents in your market working for you 7 days a week, bringing you buyers to sell your listing. One listing doesn't just mean one deal, it means multiple deals. Now compare that with buyers. Buyers require chasing, they take lots of time, and they can easily disappear or cancel on you, and all of a sudden you're left with nothing. And so after all the work and all the effort, you might not even get paid. And so this is why listing agents, they control their time, they control their market, and most importantly, they control their income. So this is the first belief shift. You don't just need leads, you don't just need business, you need more leverage. And that, my friend, comes from saleable Listings, period. Listings are the leverage in the game of real estate.
