So I just had one of my real estate coaching members ask a really great question. He's got a grossly. He called it a grossly overpriced, expired listing. And they're. He's able to be, in a conversation with him, he's like, should I just let him be or should I and become agent number three? If let him try again with somebody else, it's still overpriced. And then wait, or should I go after them now? So here's the key. Never let them be. Okay? If you know how to lead them if you know how to lead them to a decision. And this is the key, learning how to lead people to a decision. Because. Because a lot of times you got a seller that was grossly overpriced was because the agent that they had before just wasn't able to, wasn't willing to tell them the truth, didn't have the courage or didn't have the competence to help them really understand the market, understand pricing, and understand how to get their house sold for the most money. If you're that agent, don't wait. Talk to them now. Get the listing appointment. Go get the listing and lead them to a right decision to hire the right agent at the right price so they can get moved. That's your game. That's your game. If you need help with that, just DM me and I'll give you the help you need to get that listing.
