A motivational excerpt in which Kevin Ray Ward describes using daily declarations/affirmations during prospecting and lead generation to build confidence, reprogram his mindset, and increase listings. He reports moving from 19 deals in his first year to roughly 92–94 listings by his third year after adopting the practice, stresses repetition of positive statements while calling prospects, and argues that technology/AI cannot replace human certainty, confidence, and person-to-person selling.

If you want to be successful in real estate today, in today's market, in today's industry, it has never been about the market. It's about what you do. So every day I started doing this when I was a brand new agent is I started doing daily declarations. I did them so many times for thousands and thousands of times, But I would just say things like, I am the best. I am the best. I am the best. I am worthy. I am unstoppable. I am worthy. I am unstoppable. And I would just declare that over and over again. So I went into my prospecting, as I went into my lead generation, I was going like, you are my next appointment. You are my next appointment. You are my next appointment. And as I'm making phone calls, I'm like, you are my next appointment. You are my next appointment. People say yes to me. People say yes to me. I take a sellable listing every single day. And as I started doing that, it took me from doing 19 deals my first year to my third year in real estate. I took, I think 92 or 94 listings because this was my declaration. What you're doing is you're literally reprogramming your mind. Okay? Now this is the crazy thing about this is we all, we're all into technology today. And there's so many things you hear everywhere about technology and AI and all this. My friend, AI cannot replace who you are and how you show up and how you do your business. Because at the end of the day, you still got to talk to people. You still have to be powerful. You still have to have certainty and confidence if you want to convert the deals. So, number one, daily declarations.
